Herbs in This Blend
Mullein Leaf (Verbascum thapsus)
Traditionally used for thousands of years to support respiratory health, mullein helps soothe irritation and dryness while supporting clear, open breathing. It is commonly used for coughs, chest tightness, and irritated lungs.
Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis)

Marshmallow Leaf & Flowers (Althaea officinalis)

Kānuka (Kunzea ericoides)
A native New Zealand tea-tree closely related to mānuka, kānuka has a long tradition of use as a herbal tea. It is valued for its cleansing and supportive properties and makes a wonderful addition to respiratory blends.
Plantain (Plantago lanceolata & Plantago major)
Plantain is a deeply soothing herb traditionally used to ease coughs and support the respiratory tract. It is particularly valued for calming irritation and supporting healthy mucous membranes.
Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)
Thyme is rich in aromatic essential oils traditionally used to support the body during seasonal illness. It helps loosen excess mucus, supports clear breathing, and is commonly used for both dry and chesty coughs.
