Our Pregnancy Tea is a carefully balanced herbal blend created to nourish and support your body throughout pregnancy. Grown, harvested, and blended with care on KoruKai Herb Farm on Banks Peninsula, this tea is 100% organic, and naturally delicious.
Crafted with traditional herbs known for their gentle, supportive properties, this blend helps provide valuable nutrients for both mother and baby while preparing the body for labour and promoting overall wellbeing.
Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus)
Traditionally treasured during pregnancy, raspberry leaf is naturally rich in iron, calcium, manganese, and magnesium. Magnesium is particularly valued for supporting healthy muscle function, including the uterine muscles. Raspberry leaf also contains vitamins B1, B3, and E, making it a nourishing herb often used to tone the uterus and pelvic floor in preparation for childbirth. It has also been traditionally associated with supporting breast milk supply.
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
A gentle calming herb known to help ease irritability, restlessness, anxiety, and mild insomnia. Lemon balm promotes relaxation and emotional balance during pregnancy.
Nettle (Urtica dioica)
A highly nutritious herb rich in vitamins A, C, D, and K, along with calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, and sulphur. Traditionally used to support energy and vitality, nettle is especially valued during pregnancy for its mineral content and support of healthy iron levels.
Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria)
Traditionally used to soothe digestive discomfort, meadowsweet may help ease heartburn, reflux, hyperacidity, and occasional digestive upset. It helps calm and protect the stomach lining and digestive tract.
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita)
Known for its calming and soothing nature, chamomile is traditionally used to ease digestive discomfort such as bloating, reflux, and cramps while also helping to relax the nervous system.
Chocolate Mint (Mentha piperita)
A naturally delicious variety of peppermint with a smooth minty flavour. Helpful for nausea, morning sickness, and digestive discomfort, while adding a refreshing taste to the blend.
Together, these herbs create a comforting daily tea that supports nourishment, calm, digestion, and preparation for birth.

My daughter in law loves this tea, she requested I buy it for her again as soon as her third pregnancy got under way. She drinks it every other day and enjoys the taste and it's giving her a change from water and something with goodness for her and bubs. Even her hubby likes it?
I really enjoyed the mix of herbs included, especially the nettles since they are like a multi-vitamin. Even though not pregnant, I still really enjoy this blend. Soothing and relaxing!
