All herbs are grown on KoruKai Herb Farm, Banks Peninsula, New Zealand. Fresh, organic, delicious.
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis): Lemon balm has a sedative action on the central nervous systems and is widely used to treat anxiety and insomnia in Europe. It reduces anxiety and stress and eases sleep disorders.
Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora): Skullcap is a premier nervine. It has a wonderful way of calming and centering the nervous system. Skullcap acts as a mild yet effective sedative and helps relieve nervous tension and anxiety. Skullcap can be taken over long periods of time to strengthen and reinvigorate the nervous system, making it more resilient and strong. It also can be taken in acute situations of extreme stress, such as panic attacks and trauma. In these situations skullcap works quickly to bring the nervous system back to a place of homeostasis and calm.
Lemon Verbena (Aloysia citrodora): In scientific studies Lemon Verbena has been revealed as a natural solution to help individuals to improve their stress and sleep quality. The subjects of the study reported feeling better rested and during sleep tracking using a wearable device revealed that the users improved their times in the deeper stages of sleep, specifically their percentage of time in deep sleep and REM when taking Lemon Verbena.
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis): Valerian has been used at least since Roman times as a sedative and relaxant. It is a safe, non-addictive relaxant that reduces nervous tension, anxiety and promotes restful sleep. It is one of the most popular and well-known herbal remedies in the Western world, which lends credence to speculation that most of us could use more sleep and less anxiety.
Hops (Humulus lupulus): Hops helps to reduce irritability and restlessness and promotes a good night’s sleep. Hops has a somniferous effect and is excellent in treating insomnia. It relaxes the nervous system and calms the body. When paired with valerian it may treat sleep issues and eases anxiety and tension.

I am thrilled that your mix of herbs in the Deep Sleep Tea is helping me,I am able to have 6 hours of sleep more often now and it is a great help. Thank you very much.
Deep Sleep tea has helped a lot. I was having problems sleeping due to things going through my head which I could not stop. On receiving the tea I took it that night and I slept well. I am sleeping much better now, but I will surely use the tea again if problems occur again.
This is my favourite way to end the day - with a pleasant tasting relaxing bedtime cup of tea. I seem to sleep better now that I drink this tea but that is a subjective observation and certain factors such as distressing events can still keep me awake!
