How to Use

Place loose leaf tea into the infuser and insert into your mug or teapot. Pour over freshly boiled water and allow to steep for the recommended time depending on your blend. Remove the infuser and rest it on the inverted lid to catch any drips.

Rinse after use and clean regularly for best performance.

Very handy for single cups of tea. The mesh is fine enough to not allow leaves to float into cup when lifted out, great value.

The aerial parts of goldenrod have been identified as having many beneficial properties including as an anticatarrhal, an herb which helps the body remove excess mucus. Goldenrod also contains high levels of the anti-inflammatory constituent quercitin, which, along with its astringent action, can help alleviate the symptoms of allergies.*

Harvested at their peak time in the middle of summer, gently dried and processed by hand. This retains their colour and medicinal constituents.

Motherwort is very effective at tonifying and strengthening the heart and circulatory system. Energetically it helps people to feel lionhearted (note its Latin name Leonurus cardiaca), hopeful and full of life. It helps maintain calmness during occasional stressful times, supporting emotional resilience and balance. Motherwort is potent bitter to aid digestion and tonifies the liver.
