Our Immune Boost Tea is a powerful yet gentle herbal blend made from 100% homegrown ingredients, cultivated with care on KoruKai Herb Farm on Banks Peninsula, New Zealand. Organic, fresh, and full of natural vitality, this tea has been thoughtfully formulated to support the body’s natural immune defences while soothing inflammation and promoting overall wellbeing.
Each herb in this blend has been traditionally valued for its ability to help the body respond to seasonal illness, support recovery, and ease discomfort associated with colds, flu, and infection.
Kanuka (Kunzea ericoides)
A native New Zealand “tea tree” closely related to mānuka, kanuka is traditionally used for its antimicrobial and antifungal properties. It helps support the body’s natural ability to fight infection and is a key immune-supporting herb in this blend.
Elderflowers (Sambucus nigra)
Rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, and vitamin C, elderflowers are traditionally used to support immune function and reduce inflammation. They help protect the body from oxidative stress while supporting resilience during illness.
Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria)
Known for its natural salicylate content, meadowsweet has been traditionally used to help reduce inflammation, ease pain, and support the body during colds and flu. It is also gentle on the stomach and pleasant in flavour.
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)
Traditionally used to support the body during fevers, yarrow encourages gentle perspiration, which may help the body naturally regulate temperature during illness. It has long been valued in traditional herbal medicine for colds and flu.
Lemon Verbena (Aloysia citrodora)
Research suggests lemon verbena may help reduce oxidative stress and support immune cell activity. It is traditionally used to reduce inflammation, ease congestion, support digestion, and promote overall vitality, while offering a beautifully aromatic flavour.
Catnip (Nepeta cataria)
A gentle herb traditionally used to promote relaxation and support the body during fever. Catnip is often combined with yarrow in traditional remedies to help ease flu-like symptoms and encourage sweating to assist recovery.
Together, these herbs create a well-rounded immune-supporting tea that helps the body respond naturally to illness while soothing inflammation and supporting comfort.
