Tulsi (Holy Basil) (Ocimum tenuiflorum)
Revered in Ayurvedic tradition, Tulsi is known as a powerful adaptogen that helps the body respond to physical, emotional, and environmental stress. Rich in phytochemicals and antioxidants, it has long been used as a daily tonic herb to support resilience, vitality, and overall wellbeing. Traditionally enjoyed as a warming, uplifting tea, Tulsi may also support healthy blood sugar balance and cardiovascular health.
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
A gentle yet effective calming herb, lemon balm has been traditionally used to soothe anxiety, reduce stress, and support restful sleep. Its mild sedative properties help relax the nervous system and promote a peaceful state of mind.
Lemon Verbena (Aloysia citrodora)
Lemon verbena is a bright, aromatic herb known for its uplifting and restorative qualities. It is traditionally used to support digestion, ease inflammation, reduce stress, and promote immune balance. A refreshing herb that brings both clarity and calm.
Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)
Skullcap is a deeply restorative nervine herb known for its ability to calm an overactive nervous system. It helps ease nervous tension, anxiety, and stress while supporting long-term nervous system resilience. Traditionally used both for everyday stress and acute emotional overwhelm, it encourages a return to balance and calm.
Apple Mint (Mentha suaveolens)
A gentle, sweet-flavoured mint that adds a refreshing note to this blend. Traditionally used to support digestion and ease tension headaches, apple mint brings both comfort and lightness to the tea.
Directions
Use 1–2 tsp (1g) per cup (250ml). Steep in freshly boiled water for 5–10 minutes, then strain.
Enjoy any time of day as often as desired.
Storage
Store below 20°C in a cool, dark, dry place to preserve freshness.
