All herbs in our Women’s Transition Tea are 100% grown on KoruKai Herb Farm on Banks Peninsula, New Zealand. Organic, fresh, and carefully blended to support women through the natural stages of hormonal change, this tea is both grounding and restorative.

Formulated with traditionally used, well-researched herbs, this blend is designed to help ease common menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, mood fluctuations, irritability, and disrupted sleep, while also supporting emotional balance and overall wellbeing.

Sage (Salvia officinalis)

Sage is one of the most well-researched herbs for menopause support. It is traditionally used to help reduce hot flushes and night sweats and may assist in balancing excessive perspiration associated with hormonal changes.

Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca)

A deeply supportive herb for emotional balance during hormonal transition. Motherwort is traditionally used to ease hot flushes, anxiety, and emotional sensitivity. It offers a unique combination of uplifting yet grounding properties, helping to steady mood and calm the nervous system.

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

Lavender is known for its calming and balancing effects on the nervous system. It may support emotional wellbeing during hormonal fluctuations and is traditionally used to ease stress, irritability, and low mood. Its gentle aroma promotes relaxation and inner calm.

St John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum)

Traditionally used to support emotional wellbeing, St John’s Wort is well known for its use in helping to ease mild low mood, anxiety, fatigue, and sleep disturbances. It may be supportive during times of emotional change.

Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)

A traditional women’s herb with a long history of use in supporting the reproductive system. Yarrow is valued for its strengthening effects on circulation and vascular health and is also used to support digestion and general wellbeing during hormonal changes.

Hops (Humulus lupulus)

Hops is traditionally used for its calming and sedative properties. It helps reduce restlessness, irritability, and supports deeper, more restful sleep. It is especially helpful for evening use when relaxation is needed.

Together, these herbs create a balanced blend that supports the body and mind through menopause and hormonal transition, encouraging calm, stability, and restorative rest.

Directions:

Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup (250ml) of hot water. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain.

Drink 1 cup, 2–3 times daily.

For best results, use regularly over a 3-month period to support ongoing symptom relief.

Store below 20°C in a cool, dry, dark cupboard away from direct light to maintain freshness.
