Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) is traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic properties, helping to soothe digestive upsets such as colic, reflux, gastritis, abdominal discomfort, and diarrhoea. It also acts as a gentle sedative, helping to relax muscles, calm the nervous system, and soothe both baby and mother.
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), used since ancient times, supports healthy digestion and has long been valued for its ability to promote breast milk flow. When passed through breastfeeding, it can help relieve excess gas and ease digestive spasms in babies, making it especially useful for colic and wind discomfort.
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) offers gentle nervous system support, helping to calm feelings of anxiety and overwhelm that often accompany the early stages of motherhood. It encourages relaxation, emotional balance, and improved sleep for both mum and baby.
Lemon Verbena (Aloysia citrodora) brings a calming, uplifting quality to the blend. Known for its anti-spasmodic properties, it helps ease bloating and cramping in babies while supporting relaxation of the nervous system in mothers, helping to reduce tension and promote overall wellbeing.

Directions:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup (250ml) of hot water. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain.
Dosage:
Breastfeeding mother: Drink one cup at each feed.
Baby (after feeding or solids):
• 0–6 months: 5ml
• 6–12 months: 10ml
• 1–2 years: 20–50ml
