Fresh Hawthorn berries for Tincture Making (Limited Seasonal Harvest) hand-harvested from our herb farm in NZ, carefully selected at peak ripeness. These vibrant berries are traditionally valued for their use in herbal preparations and seasonal wellness.

Rosemary is a greatly valued herb that has been used since antiquity to improve and strengthen the memory. Rosemary has an anti-inflammatory effect due to rosmarinic acid and flavonoids. It is also a powerful antioxidant.
Rosemary stimulates the circulation of blood to the head, improving memory and concentration. It also eases headaches and migraines.
It is valued as a herb that raises the spirits and is helpful when recovering from long-term stress and chronic illness.
It makes a great infusion that can be added to the bathwater to ease aching muscles or premenstrual tension.
Rosemary combined with sage makes a great gargle for sore throat.

Dried calendula flowers ready for processing into a tea, infused oil, herbal wash, balm, salve or poultice.

Calendula (calendula officinalis) is often referred to as pot marigold. It can be used both internally and externally. It is very versatile. We have selected our flowers to have a high resin content and they prove to us every day that they have high medicinal qualities (more details below).

Apple mint is a beautiful tasting mint. It can alleviate headache and various digestive problems.*

Hyssopus officinalis

Hyssop is a wonderful medicinal herb, which can be used as a medicinal herbal tea with soothing qualities useful to support the lungs during colds and flus* or as a flavouring for soups, sauces, meat and egg dishes. Use sparingly because of its strong flavour.

Ceylon cinnamon quills

Cinnamomum verum


The use of cinnamon as an aromatic spice can be dated to as far back as ancient Egypt. Popular in spice mixes, sweet or savoury recipes, and hot or cold beverages.
This is Ceylon cinnamon. It is sometimes called 'true' cinnamon and is far superior in taste to the commonly used, cheaper cassia variety.

Fennel has a sweet, warm, anise, licorice aroma. The taste is slightly sweet with a hint of mild anise.

Lemon Balm has a pleasant lemony taste. It can reduce nervous tension, anxiety and improve sleep. It is also uplifting and soothing to the spirit and aids digestion. Its antiviral properties make it a great remedy for cold sores.*

• Dried elecampane root pieces ready for processing into a cough syrup, a tincture, glycetract, decoction and ultimately your own medicine and health product.

Elecampane (inula helenium) clears dense, sticky mucus from the bronchial system. It is warming to the system and relieves coughing and asthma. High in inulin it is also a prebiotic for your gut flora.*

Turmeric tincture is an herbal preparation made from turmeric root grown on KoruKai Herb Farm.

Turmeric is used traditionally for its anti‑inflammatory, antioxidant, and metabolic benefits. A turmeric root extract can serve as a convenient, low‑cost way to incorporate curcumin into daily nutrition, especially when paired with black‑pepper to improve absorption.*

This turmeric extract comes in a 30ml dropper bottle.

Strength: 1:3, 50% vol.

Tulsi tincture is an herbal preparation made from tulsi leaves and flowers grown on KoruKai Herb Farm.

Tulsi tincture is a potent herbal remedy with diverse medicinal uses rooted in Ayurvedic tradition and supported by modern studies. It is primarily known for its adaptogenic properties (stress relief), along with benefits for respiratory health, immune function, digestion, and metabolic balance.*

This Tulsi extract comes in a 30ml dropper bottle.

Filipendula ulmaria

Meadowsweet contains salicylic acid. It reduces inflammation and helps with arthritis, aches, fever, colds, and flu. It also soothes the digestive tract, reducing acidity, heartburn, diarrhoea, and supporting ulcer healing.*

This tea contains pure perennial Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica) grown and dried at KoruKai Herb Farm, Banks Peninsula.

Perennial stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) has a long medicinal history. It has been used for hundreds of years to treat painful muscles and joints, eczema, arthritis, gout, anemia, urinary tract infections and hay fever.*

Solidago virgaurea

The aerial parts of goldenrod have been identified as having many beneficial properties including as an anticatarrhal, an herb which helps the body remove excess mucus. Goldenrod also contains high levels of the anti-inflammatory constituent quercitin, which, along with its astringent action, can help alleviate the symptoms of allergies.*

Scutellaria lateriflora

Skullcap is a premier nervine. It has a wonderful way of calming and centering the nervous system. Skullcap acts as a mild yet effective sedative and helps relieve nervous tension and anxiety. Skullcap can be taken over long periods of time to strengthen and reinvigorate the nervous system, making it more resilient and strong. It also can be taken in acute situations of extreme stress, such as panic attacks and trauma. In these situations skullcap works quickly to bring the nervous system back to a place of homeostasis and calm.*
