Nourishing, soothing, and naturally delicious, Moon Flow Tea is designed to help bring greater ease, calm, and comfort during the days leading up to and during menstruation.
Traditionally used herbs in this blend may help ease tension, mood swings, cramping, bloating, fluid retention, irritability, and emotional overwhelm—while gently supporting the nervous system and reproductive health.

Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)
A renowned nervine herb traditionally used to calm and steady the nervous system. Skullcap helps relieve nervous tension, stress, anxiety, restlessness, and emotional overwhelm. Its gentle antispasmodic properties also make it valuable for premenstrual cramping and tension.
Calendula (Calendula officinalis)
Calendula is traditionally used to soothe inflammation and ease congestion. It may help relax uterine tension and support the body in reducing fluid retention.
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
A beloved calming herb used to ease anxiety, stress, irritability, and sleeplessness. Lemon balm gently supports the nervous system and can help soften mood fluctuations during the menstrual cycle.
Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus)
Often called the “woman’s herb,” raspberry leaf has been used for generations to tone and nourish the female reproductive system. Traditionally used to support menstrual balance, ease cramps, and strengthen pelvic tissues.
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)
Yarrow is traditionally valued for painful periods due to its antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory actions. It helps relax uterine tension, ease cramping, and support healthy circulation to the reproductive organs.
Lady’s Mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris)
A classic women’s herb with astringent properties traditionally used to support heavy bleeding, painful periods, and overall menstrual balance.
Directions
Use 1–2 teaspoons (approx. 1g) per cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
For best results, drink 1 cup, 2–3 times daily in the days leading up to your period and during menstruation.
Storage
Store below 20°C, away from direct light, in a cool, dark, dry cupboard to retain freshness and potency.
