A renowned nervine herb traditionally used to calm and steady the nervous system. Skullcap helps relieve nervous tension, stress, anxiety, restlessness, and emotional overwhelm. Its gentle antispasmodic properties also make it valuable for premenstrual cramping and tension.
Calendula (Calendula officinalis)
Calendula is traditionally used to soothe inflammation and ease congestion. It may help relax uterine tension and support the body in reducing fluid retention.
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)

Lady’s Mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris)
A classic women’s herb with astringent properties traditionally used to support heavy bleeding, painful periods, and overall menstrual balance.
Use 1–2 teaspoons (approx. 1g) per cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
For best results, drink 1 cup, 2–3 times daily in the days leading up to your period and during menstruation.
Store below 20°C, away from direct light, in a cool, dark, dry cupboard to retain freshness and potency.
Do not use during pregnancy.

Usually, I start feeling down and anxious a week before the period and then often I can’t do anything at all when the cramps / spasms start, but the last two months have been really fantastic with the Moon Flow Tea. <br /> I hardly felt any different to other days, just a slight dragging pain, and a very slight overall body ache, but it didn’t affect me in my everyday adventures, so I could go to town, work as usual, go swimming, etc, which usually would have been unthinkable or torture!<br /> Last month, the period came a week earlier - usually I totally know when it’s gonna be there because the pain starts creeping up, but in this case I couldn’t feel it coming at all because I wasn’t feeling sensitive, moody, and didn’t have the pain. So just a fantastic experience for me! The tea helps loads with spasms, cramps, and anxiety! The usual depressive phase has simply not occurred so that was a massive relief. The taste is pretty neutral I’d say. I hope it will continue to work - that would me a major difference to quality of life in two weeks out of four of the month!
