Our dried rosemary is grown at KoruKai Herb Farm in Pigeon Bay, Banks Peninsula, where it is cultivated in living, biologically active soil using spray-free and regenerative growing practices. Harvested at peak strength and carefully dried, it retains its robust aroma, flavour, and natural essential oils.

Rosemary has long been treasured as both a culinary and traditional herbal plant, known for its strong, warming, and aromatic character. It brings depth and savoury richness to a wide variety of dishes, making it a versatile staple in any kitchen.

Its flavour pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables, meats, and poultry, and it is equally delicious in herb-infused dressings, compound butters, stuffings, soups, casseroles, and Mediterranean-style dishes. A small amount goes a long way, infusing food with a distinctive earthy, pine-like aroma.

At KoruKai, we grow our herbs with a focus on soil health and plant vitality, ensuring they are rich in flavour and quality. The rosemary is harvested by hand, dried gently to preserve its properties, and packaged with care to maintain freshness.
