Research has confirmed that hyssop is soothing to mucous membranes. It is a good expectorant and antiviral herb commonly used to treat respiratory conditions such as influenza, sinus infections, colds, asthma and bronchitis.*
Directions
Use 1 tsp. (0.5 - 1g) for a cup of tea (250ml), steep for 5-10 minutes and strain.
It blends well with other herbs like lemon balm, lemon verbena, kanuka or peppermint.
