100g makes 2-4 litres of water kefir depending on the amount used.

500g makes 10-20 litres of water kefir depending on the amount used.

1 kg makes 20-40 litres of water kefir depending on the amount used.


Directions:

Use ¼ cup (4 Tbsp or 50g) per litre of water. You can also use less and strain earlier. Dissolve in some hot water first and then top up with cold water before adding the water kefir grains. Use 3 Tbsp of water kefir grains per litre of water. Strain after 24-48 hours and repeat process. Use the resulting water kefir without grains for second ferment.
