100g makes 10.5 cups for a 3.5-day cleanse when taking it 3 times per day.

Flax seeds contain a balanced level of soluble and insoluble fiber that, together, act as a natural cleanse and detoxifier. Ground flax seeds absorb water and expand in the colon, aid in the stool passage through your intestinal tract and remove toxins as they pass through.
The bentonite clay is finely milled to 45 microns to help with detoxing, improved gut health and strengthening the immune system. The porous surface of activated charcoal has a negative electric charge that causes positive-charged toxins and gas to bond with it. Activated charcoal helps to promote a healthy digestive tract by removing toxins that cause allergic reactions, oxidative damage and poor immune system function. By removing the toxins from your system, you can reduce joint pain, increase energy and increase mental function.
Psyllium husks is a bulk-forming laxative. It is rich in soluble fiber and acts like an internal scrub brush for the colon. It has a bulking, lubricating and absorptive quality to help facilitate the gentle scrubbing action to remove build up and waste.
Slippery elm powder and marshmallow root have high amounts of mucilage. They help improve digestion and work with the body to draw out impurities and toxins, assisting with a herbal detox. They soften the stools and have a coating action (demulcent) which soothes irritated tissues of the intestines, colon, urinary tract, respiratory tract, and stomach.Through their coating action they treat reflux. Elecampane root is a prebiotic meaning it feeds the beneficial bacteria in our gut.
Anti-inflammatory herbs like turmeric and ginger help to lower gastrointestinal inflammation. Turmeric and cinnamon contains powerful antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can kill off toxins. Turmeric and ginger have been linked to preventing and lowering the chances of colon cancer.
Dandelion root is used for the treatment of upset stomach, intestinal gas and gallstones. It also increases urine production and serves as a laxative to increase bowel movements. Dandelion root helps to purify the bladder and kidneys and helps to detoxify the liver. It stimulates bile production and bile transport toxins out of the body.
Directions
Use 1 Tbsp. and mix with 1 cup of water. Stir and drink immediately before it thickens. Take 3 times per day over 5 days.
Aim to drink 8-10 glasses of water or herbal tea per day during your gut cleanse to prevent constipation and dehydration.
This Gut Cleanser & Detoxifier works best in conjunction with eating fresh vegetables and plenty of green salads or after a period of fasting.
Eat prunes or take cascara sagrada if you are really constipated. Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
