Our Chest Rub is a warming, soothing herbal balm designed to support clear breathing and provide comfort during colds, coughs, and congestion. Made with a nourishing base of plant oils and butters, it melts gently into the skin, delivering both warmth and relief while helping the body relax.
This carefully crafted blend contains pure essential oils of wintergreen, eucalyptus, thyme, ginger, and rosemary - traditionally used to help open the airways, ease congestion, and support easier breathing. Together, these oils create a comforting, aromatic experience that helps calm the chest, reduce feelings of tightness, and soothe coughs.
Infused with hypericum (St John’s Wort) flowers, this balm also offers gentle skin-soothing and restorative properties, making it ideal for regular use during times of illness or seasonal change.
Simply massage a small amount onto the chest, back, or soles of the feet to allow the warming vapours to support breathing and relaxation. Its rich yet easily absorbed texture provides lasting comfort without feeling heavy or greasy.
Suitable for the whole family, this natural chest rub is a simple, effective way to bring comfort and ease when it’s needed most.
