Known as “knitbone,” comfrey has been used for centuries to support the repair of damaged tissues. Rich in allantoin, it encourages healthy cell regeneration and is traditionally used to help tissues, ligaments, and bones recover more efficiently after injury. It is also valued for supporting the reduction of scar tissue over time.
St John’s Wort is traditionally used to support nerve health and comfort. It helps soothe irritated or damaged nerve endings, making it especially useful after surgery or injuries involving nerve trauma. It also supports tissue repair and helps ease nerve-related discomfort and pain.
Together, these herbs create a deeply restorative salve that supports recovery at multiple levels—muscular, tissue, and nerve—helping the body return to balance more comfortably.
Apply 2–4 times daily to affected areas such as bruises, sprains, fractures, strains, sore or tired muscles, scars, injured nerves, and damaged discs.

I injured my foot a couple of years ago and still have pain stiffness and swelling now. After only a few applications of this balm, I can see and feel a definite improvement. Less swelling and not as painful. So happy with your product.
I have been using Injury Healing Salve on my foot when it was broken and waiting for surgery, it helped bring out and down the bruising. Now that my cast is off I apply this once per day and massage it all over my foot and over my two scars. I feel instant relief, my scars look amazing and had comments from surgeon. I like the texture and consistency, that it doesn't leave my foot feeling greasy. About to order another lot as it is a must have in the house. Don't sit on the fence with this....buy it!
This would have to be the best product I have used on my horses injuries. Do you make this in a bigger lot?
I recently needed back surgery, from week 3 post surgery, I have been using this salve 2-3 times daily. Having met this week, with both my physio and surgeon for my 6week check, they are both amazed at how freely I am walking and how well my scar is healing. My surgeon even mentioned that I am his best post surgery recovery patient ever with the distances and speed that I am walking and absolutely pain free. This salve is amazing. I also used this salve on an old back scar that after 5yrs was still raised and tender and within a few weeks it is pain free, settled and finally healing.
I have had a scar on the bottom of my foot for month after stepping on a piece of glass. The scar would ache and was taking months to heal.
