Directions:
During pregnancy, apply 1–2 times daily to the abdomen, hips, and breasts to support skin elasticity and hydration. From week 32, apply once daily to the perineum to help prepare the skin for birth (please consult your midwife for guidance).
After birth, the oil can be used as a gentle massage oil for baby to support bonding, relaxation, and skin nourishment. For cradle cap, massage a small amount into baby’s scalp, leave for approximately 2 hours, then gently comb and wash if needed.
