It is created through the traditional saponification process using lye (none remains in the finished bar), resulting in a beautifully balanced soap that is effective, gentle, and kind to the skin.
An extended curing period makes each bar extra mild, hard-wearing, and long lasting, while producing a rich, creamy lather that leaves skin feeling clean, soft, and refreshed.
Packaged in recycled cardboard, it offers a simple and sustainable alternative to plastic bottles—better for your bathroom and better for the environment.
Formulated for normal and dry skin, this bar combines botanical oils with the natural humectant qualities of honey to help maintain moisture and softness while washing. The result is skin that feels nourished, smooth, and comfortable after every use.
The scent is a refreshing blend of minty freshness, bright lemon notes, and herbaceous botanicals, created with pure essential oils of lavender, bergamot, sage, kanuka, litsea cubeba, and peppermint.
Rub the bar directly onto wet skin to create a lather and cleanse the body. Alternatively, lather the bar between wet hands first, then apply the creamy foam to the skin. Rinse thoroughly. The rich lather also makes an excellent natural shaving soap.
After use, place the bar on a free-draining soap dish and allow it to dry between uses.
Hard water or highly chlorinated water can reduce lather performance. If this is an issue, using a simple shower water filter may improve lather quality and overall water experience.
To maximise the life of your Body Wash Bar, always store it on a well-draining soap dish or rack away from direct water flow. If left sitting in water, it will soften and dissolve faster.
If the bar becomes soft, allow it to dry fully before the next use. A warm sunny spot in summer or near gentle indoor heat in winter works well.
If multiple people are using the same bar, cutting it in half and rotating pieces can help each one dry properly and last longer.
For best freshness, use within 12 months of purchase. Natural essential oils may gradually fade over time and colours may soften.
