How to use

Simply cover your banneton with the wax wrap during the loaf’s final rise, either at room temperature or in the fridge. A light dusting of flour on top of the dough will help prevent sticking while it proves.

How to care for your wax wrap

Wash only in cold water using a mild, eco-friendly soap. You can either gently sponge the wrap or soak it briefly in cold soapy water. Rinse if needed, then air-dry on a dish rack or pat dry with a tea towel. Store in a drawer or tea towel cupboard when not in use.
