They have been manufactured for the bannetons we offer at KoruKai and fit them perfectly.

The round one can also be used to cover bowls of salad and leftover food and the rectangular one is great to wrap a snack on the go.

Please note that this product has been manufactured by hand and variables in size can happen.

How to use:

Simply cover your banneton with these wraps while your loaf has its final rise (at room temperature or in the fridge). A light dusting of flour on the top of the loaf prevents the dough from sticking on the wrap while the loaf is rising. 

 

How to care for your wax wrap:
When your wrap needs a clean always use cold water and mild soap (eco-friendly is best).  Either immerse your wrap in cold water and dish soap or sponge off with a dishcloth.  Air-dry on a dish rack or use a tea towel to pat dry off. Storing in your tea-towel drawer works great.
