Our herb salts/seasonings are made with love and blended with care to bring your food to another level.
All herbs are organically grown on KoruKai Herb Farm, Banks Peninsula, New Zealand. We handpick our herbs and dry them in a proper drying facility where they retain their colour and have maximum flavour. Big commercial productions (including certified organic ones) dry herbs right on the field, exposed to the sun and elements and you will find them in supermarkets looking grey and tasting bland.
The salt is certified organic New Zealand sea salt.
Free from preservatives, artificial colours and fragrances.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Uses: Pizza, pasta, bread, vegetables, potatoes, lamb or beef steak, poultry and fish.
Simply mix with olive oil for a herby meat rub or marinade.
