This seasoning is a little bit spicy, but not too spicy to blow your socks off. You can mix in some dried chilli powder for a spicy kick.

All herbs and some spices are organically grown on KoruKai Herb Farm, Banks Peninsula, New Zealand.

The salt is certified organic New Zealand sea salt.

Other spices are certified organic and sourced within New Zealand where possible.

Free from preservatives, artificial colours and fragrances.
Free from animal products. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Uses: Exotic and flavourful rub for roasted or stewed lamb, Moroccan tagine with tomatoes and egg, also great as BBQ rub on chicken and beef.
Fabulous for roasted pumpkin or potatoes.

Mix with sour cream for a spicy Moroccan dip.
Mix with olive oil as a meat rub or marinade.
