Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora): Skullcap is a premier nervine. It has a wonderful way of calming and centering the nervous system. Skullcap acts as a mild yet effective sedative and helps relieve nervous tension and anxiety. Skullcap can be taken over long periods of time to strengthen and reinvigorate the nervous system, making it more resilient and strong. It also can be taken in acute situations of extreme stress, such as panic attacks and trauma. In these situations skullcap works quickly to bring the nervous system back to a place of homeostasis and calm. It is a versatile herb that is safe to use with children.
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis): Lemon balm is highly aromatic with a pleasant lemony taste. It has nervine properties that can reduce nervous tension, relieve agitation and help the body relax. It is also uplifting and soothing to the spirit.
Catnip (Nepeta cataria): Catnip is a wonderful nervine that is safe to use with children. It has a calming, sedative effect and can help ease fussiness in children; it also promotes sleep.

Directions:
Use 1-2 tsp. (1g) for a cup of tea (250ml), steep for 5 minutes and strain. Do not let it infuse for longer than 5 minutes as the tea may taste bitter because of the chamomile.
Children may drink as much tea as they enjoy throughout the day and before taking exams.
Store below 20 °C out of direct light in a dark and dry cupboard to retain freshness.
